Our Access Statement
- Approach via Plunch Lane, a B road, turn third left
into Westcliff, a rough private road, then 1st right
into Sarlou Close - a well-maintained road to a
cul-de-sac of 11 bungalows - The bungalow is the first
on the right with a Victorian hard wood conservatory. As
the accss roads are unadopted, there are no street
lights - however, there is a security light on the front
of the bungalow, lighting the steps to the front door.
- There is a dedicated car parking space opposite the
bungalow - marked with cones and the only space running
parallel to the road.
- There is a level concrete path round the semi-detached
bungalow with views of Mumbles Hill.
- There are five fairly steep steps down to the bungalow
with a hand rail on the right.
- Access is via a step straight into the lounge through
a standard upvc door.
- Lounge, Dining Room and Kitchen are open plan with 2
bedrooms and a bathroom leading off on the same level
- The glazed conservatory is off a small hallway with a
step-up and down into the conservatory, which also has
separate external
french doors
- The kitchen has ample work surfaces and a low level
oven, taps are mixers.
- The lounge has ample natural lighting with additional
task lighting.
- The two bedrooms are standard size - one a double and
one a single, which has a roll-out guest bed underneath-
both have
fitted wardrobes and storage space. Access is via
standard size doors.
- Bathroom - with W.C. and handbasin - with overhead
electric shower and glass screen.
- Public Transport, Post Box and Telephone Box at the
end of Westcliff on Plunch Lane - approx 200 metres from
bungalow.
- Poor reception both in the bungalow and area for
mobile phones - certain service providers will work.
- The garden is set on a slight gradient, surrounded by
rose trees and a conifer hedge - there is a small patio
area with
table and 4 chairs.
- Service dogs are welcome.
